What is an organic and Non-GMO product?

An organic product is grown and produced without using artificial fertilizers, pesticides, or chemicals.

A Non-GMO product is one that has not been genetically processed or altered.

What certifications do you have?

Our products are certified under organic programs such as USDA-NOP, EU, JAS, and COR-CANADA. We are also certified for all products as KOSHER, HALAL, FAIR CHOICE, and BRCS Grade A. Additionally, we have FAIRTRADE certification for our cocoa line.

What packaging options do you offer?

Ecoandino offers both bulk and retail products according to the demand of our customers. Bulk packaging options can be: 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, and 25kg.

What transportation methods do you use to deliver my products?

We use three methods to ship our products: maritime, air, and courier.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 1000kg for maritime shipments, 200kg for air shipments, and 20kg for courier deliveries.

What Incoterms do you work with?

We work with the Incoterms EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, FCA, CPT, and CIP.

What is the response time?

From 7 to 15 days after receiving the purchase order.

Where are your products made?

All our products are processed in our facility, which is located in Concepcion, Junin.

Where do the raw materials come from?

The raw materials come from the farmers we partner with, who are located throughout the highlands and jungle of Peru.

Do you have any distributors abroad?

Yes, we have a distributor in the Netherlands.

Can I put my brand on your products?

Yes, we offer private labeling services so our customers can place their own brands on the products we sell.
